Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment may be rescheduled with your original deposit applied. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. * A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay a 50% service fee before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and availability. If your appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-Day Appointments Same-day appointments may be available based on availability. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Please Respect Your Appointment Time SKYN AESTHETICS reserves dedicated time exclusively for each guest. Your appointment time is valuable, and we appreciate you extending the same courtesy to SKYN.
